We've enjoyed our couch for a while, together with our seats of rustic rattan all from Riviera Maison. But still I wasn't satisfied with the total picture of our living room. Because the room is small the couch was actually too big and the seats too small to go with the couch. And the big tv was bothering me because it didn't fit the shabby chic style of our living room.So time for a furniture change...
I replaced the couch and the seats with 3 couches in 3 sizes from Ikea (Ektorp). It brings peace to the room because the fabric of these three pieces is the same. I placed the tv in a 'New Orleans Flatscreen Dresser' from Riviera Maison. The tv is eliminated really well. Now we can linger on the couches, and I even created more space to sit. All together a great effect!

We hebben een poosje genoten van een heerlijke bank met daarbij verschillende rustic rattan stoelen, alles van Riviera Maison. Toch was ik niet tevreden over het totaalplaatje van onze woonkamer. Omdat de kamer erg smal is, was de bank eigenlijk te groot en vond ik ten opzichte van de bank de stoelen te klein. Ook stoorde de grote tv mij enorm ten opzichte van de shabby chic stijl in onze kamer.
Dus tijd voor verandering...De bank plus stoeltjes van Riviera Maison werden vervangen door 3 banken in 3 maten van Ikea (Ektorp). Het geeft rust in de kamer omdat de stof van de drie banken hetzelfde is. De tv werd geplaatst in een 'New Orleans Flatscreen Dresser' van Riviera Maison. De tv is nu prachtig weggewerkt. Het is nu heerlijk vertoeven op een van de banken, en er is zelfs meer zitplaats gecreëerd. Al met al een groots effect!
