Such a sweet little thing she couldn't resist. We don't know its name, but the florist told Claire that it was a new breeding of an old-fashioned plant. We'll let you know when we found out it's name :)<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Claire was in een bloemenwinkel en vond dit kleine plantje dat kleine bloemetjes geeft. Zo'n lief klein ding kon ze niet weerstaan. We weten niet de naam ervan, maar de bloemist vertelde Claire dat dit een nieuwe kweek was van een ouderwetse plant. We laten weten zodra we achter de naam zijn gekomen.

People who come over like to browse among the stuff because the cupboards invite them to do that. Mensen die langskomen vinden het leuk om tussen de spulletjes te neuzen omdat de kasten hen op deze manier daartoe uitnodigen. Claire: "I wanted to paint the metallic parts light pink, but I havent found time yet. So I wrapped some old lace around the metallic parts to give them a shabby chic touch. Als ik de kroonluchters ga verven, zal ik een nieuwe post erover schrijven". Dus, als je niet voldoende budget hebt voor echte antieke kroonluchters kun je nieuwe kopen en hen deze touch geven.

When you are a bird lover you have to make sure you do some things to invite the birds:<br />1. Create a place where birds can take a bath or have a drink.<br />2. Make sure you always have some food for the birds.<br />3. Be aware that if you invite birds there are some spots in the garden where they can hide.<br />4. Never put food on the ground, because of the danger of natural predators like cats.<br />5. Birds like grass because they can find worms and insects in it.<br />6. Don't clean your garden up in the fall and winter, because birds will find insects between the dead leafs.<br />7. Keep chicken or doves as pets. Als je een vogelliefhebber bent, zorg er dan voor dat je een aantal dingen doet om de vogels uit te nodigen<br />1. Creëer een plek waar vogels een bad kunnen nemen of wat kunnen drinken.<br />2. Zorg dat je altijd voedsel hebt voor de vogels.<br />3. Wees je ervan bewust dat als je vogels uitnodigt, je  ook een paar plekken moet hebben waar ze kunnen schuilen.<br />4. Plaats nooit voer op de grond, in verband met het gevaar op natuurlijke vijanden zoals katten.<br />5. Vogels houden van gras omdat ze daar wormen en insecten in kunnen vinden.<br />6. Ruim je tuin niet op in de herfst en winter, want vogels vinden insecten tussen de dode bladeren.<br />7. Houd kippen of duiven als huisdieren. Huisdieren trekken andere dieren aan.

De bladeren zijn grijsgroen en deze kleur brengt rust in een groene tuin. Hij groeit heel snel. Claire plantte de boom afgelopen zomer en in 4 maanden tijd verdubbelde de boom zichzelf in de lengte. Varieer met hoogte, formaat en differentieer juist met materialen als je wat meer dynamiek in je vitrine wilt. Speel ermee en 'have fun'!</div>
